Navigating Asia-Pacific Housing Futures: Financialization, Technology, Governance, and Climate Action

CALL FOR PAPER

The conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to critically examine how housing systems across the Asia-Pacific are being reshaped by financialization, digital transformation, shifting governance regimes, and climate change. Contributions may be theoretical, empirical, or policy-oriented.

Selected papers will be considered for inclusion in edited volumes and/or special issues of academic journals, subject to standard peer-review processes.

We warmly welcome submissions from across disciplines, sectors, and regions engaged in housing, urban studies, planning, geography, public policy, tourism studies, and related fields.
